Diagnosis before parts
We work out what is actually wrong before anything is replaced, explain it in plain English, and quote it. If we find something else while we are in there, we tell you and price it separately. You decide.
No work without your approval
If we find something else during the inspection, we explain it and give you the price before going further.

Do I need an appointment?
Message or call first so we can tell you what to expect and when we can see the car. Then bring it straight to the workshop.
Will you tell me the price before starting?
Yes. The price is agreed before any repair starts, and nothing extra is done without your approval.
