UAE Service Interval
In UAE conditions, we recommend changing engine oil every 5,000–7,000 km or every 6 months — whichever comes first. Dubai's extreme summer temperatures (regularly above 45°C) degrade oil up to 30% faster than European conditions.

You get the work and the cost in writing before anything is touched. Nothing proceeds until you say yes, and if you say no you pay for the assessment and nothing else.

Collect the car and the old parts
An itemised invoice, and the parts we removed handed back. You should be able to see what you paid for.

How long does an oil change take at my location?
Most oil changes take 30–45 minutes once the car is on the ramp. Wait in reception or drop the car off and collect it later — whichever suits. We are a short run off the E311 in Dubai Investment Park 2.
What oil do you use for Dubai's heat?
We use oils specifically rated for high-temperature performance, typically 5W-40 or 0W-40 full synthetic for most modern cars. We always match the oil to your manufacturer's specification and the UAE climate. We'll confirm before we start.
