For most jobs we can price it from the details. If it needs looking at first, we book a workshop assessment and tell you what that costs before you come.

Saturday to Thursday, 09:00 to 18:00. Wait in reception or drop the car off and collect it later — say which when you book.

We look properly rather than guessing from the kerb. If we find something beyond what you came in for, it gets quoted — never just added.

You approve the price first
You get the work and the cost in writing before anything is touched. Nothing proceeds until you say yes, and if you say no you pay for the assessment and nothing else.

Collect the car and the old parts
An itemised invoice, and the parts we removed handed back. You should be able to see what you paid for.

My battery is dead — can I still get to you?
If the car will start on a jump, bring it straight to the workshop and message us on WhatsApp on the way — we will have a battery matched to your car ready. If it will not start at all, tell us and we will talk you through the options.
Do you carry batteries for all car makes?
We carry a range of batteries covering most popular vehicles in Dubai — Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover, and more. If we don't have yours in stock, we'll source it and return the same day.
How long do car batteries last in Dubai?
Typically 2–3 years in UAE conditions, compared to 4–5 years in cooler climates. Extreme heat is the primary cause of premature failure. We recommend annual battery checks after 18 months.
Will replacing the battery reset my car's settings?
Disconnecting a battery can reset some settings (radio presets, window positions, trip meters). We use a memory saver device where possible to prevent this, and we'll warn you in advance if it's unavoidable.
What does the 12-month warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature failure. If your battery fails within 12 months of replacement for any reason not caused by physical damage or improper use, we'll replace it at no cost.
