When You Need This
Signs your car needs attention.
Scheduled maintenance follows your car manufacturer's service intervals — typically every 10,000–15,000 km or 12 months. In Dubai, we recommend tightening those intervals due to the additional stress UAE conditions place on engines, fluids, and filters.

UAE Service Interval
In UAE conditions, service annually or every 7,500–10,000 km — shorter than European recommendations. Dubai's heat degrades engine oil, coolant, and rubber components faster. Air filters also block up 2–3x quicker due to desert dust.
What's Included
Everything done on the ramp.
- Minor Service — around 45 minutes: full-synthetic engine oil and oil filter change to your manufacturer's grade, air filter replacement, and all fluid level checks (brake, coolant, power steering, washer)
- Major Service — around 2 hours: everything in the Minor Service, plus cabin/pollen filter replacement, spark plugs, and a drive belt and serpentine belt check
- Both tiers include a tyre pressure check and adjustment
- Both tiers include a full digital service record
- We confirm which service is due from your mileage and service history before you book — we don't upsell you to the bigger one
Why Dubai is different: Desert dust clogs air filters 2–3x faster in UAE conditions than in non-desert environments. Engine oil also degrades faster in the heat — we use high-temperature-rated oils to compensate. A full service in Dubai should follow tighter intervals than the European manufacturer schedule to keep your car running reliably year-round.

Saturday to Thursday, 09:00 to 18:00. Wait in reception or drop the car off and collect it later — say which when you book.

We look properly rather than guessing from the kerb. If we find something beyond what you came in for, it gets quoted — never just added.

You approve the price first
You get the work and the cost in writing before anything is touched. Nothing proceeds until you say yes, and if you say no you pay for the assessment and nothing else.

Collect the car and the old parts
An itemised invoice, and the parts we removed handed back. You should be able to see what you paid for.

Car Service Dubai FAQs.
What's the difference between a minor and major service?
A minor service (around 45 minutes) covers your engine oil and oil filter, the air filter, and all fluid level checks. A major service (around 2 hours) adds the cabin filter, spark plugs and a drive belt check on top. We tell you upfront which is due based on your mileage and vehicle age — and we follow your manufacturer's schedule, not a generic one.
Do you service all car makes and models?
Yes — Japanese, European, American, Korean, and Middle Eastern market vehicles. We follow each manufacturer's specific service schedule and always use the correct oil grade, filter spec, and torque values for your car.
Will I get a service stamp or record?
We provide a full digital service record sent to your WhatsApp and email. If you have a physical service booklet, we can also fill it in. Our records include parts used, mileage, date, and technician sign-off.
How long does a full car service take at my location?
Around 45 minutes for a minor service and up to 2 hours for a major one. We bring all parts and tools. You just need to be within reach of your car in case we have questions — you don't need to wait next to it the whole time.
Do I need to service my car every year even if I don't drive much?
Yes. Time matters as much as mileage. Engine oil degrades with heat exposure even if the car sits unused. Rubber seals, belts, and hoses also age. Annual servicing keeps the car reliable and maintains any remaining warranty.
