Terms of Service

These terms cover using the https://www.miravo.ae website and booking work with Miravo Motorworks, operating from Warehouse 54, Span Precast Compound, 71 Street, Dubai Investment Park 2, Dubai, Dubai, UAE. By messaging us, bringing a vehicle to the workshop, or using this site, you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
We do not publish fixed prices — every job is quoted against the specific vehicle and fault. A quote is confirmed before any repair starts. If we find additional work is needed once the car is on the ramp, we tell you and quote it separately; we do not carry out work you have not approved, and any workshop assessment fee is disclosed before you agree to it.
Vehicle in our care
We take reasonable care of your vehicle while it is at the workshop and carry the insurance appropriate to running a workshop in the UAE. You are responsible for removing valuables before drop-off; we are not liable for items left in the vehicle.
Parts and warranty
Replaced parts are handed back to you on request. Where we state a warranty on a specific part or job, it applies as described at the time of quoting. Servicing with an independent workshop does not itself void a manufacturer warranty, provided the work follows the manufacturer's schedule and uses parts of the correct specification.
Payment
Payment is due on collection of the vehicle, by the methods displayed at the workshop, unless we have agreed a fleet or account arrangement with you in writing.
Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule a booking by messaging us; the earlier you tell us, the more likely we can offer that slot to someone else. A workshop assessment fee, where one has been agreed, is not refundable once the inspection has been carried out.
Website use
The website is provided for finding and enquiring about our services. We aim to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted, and content on it does not itself form a contract — a job is agreed once you approve a specific quote.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
