Run a diagnostic check whenever a warning light appears, before buying a used car, and annually as part of a preventative health check. In Dubai's heat, electronic sensors and components can degrade faster than in cooler climates — an annual scan catches small issues before they become expensive ones.

Why Dubai is different: Dubai's heat affects electronic sensors and wiring insulation over time. Oxygen sensors, mass airflow sensors, and temperature sensors all operate under sustained high-temperature stress in UAE conditions. Fault codes triggered by heat-related sensor degradation are common — and often misdiagnosed. Our technicians are trained to distinguish heat-related sensor drift from genuine component failure.

What does OBD-II diagnostics cover?
OBD-II (On-Board Diagnostics) reads fault codes stored across all major systems — engine, transmission, ABS, airbag/SRS, TPMS, emissions, and more. We scan all systems, not just the one with the warning light, so we don't miss secondary faults.
Can you clear the warning light after diagnostics?
We can clear codes, but clearing a light without fixing the underlying issue just turns it back on. We explain every fault, quote what needs doing, and give you a clear plan for anything we cannot finish the same day. We never just reset a light and call it done.
Will a diagnostic tell me everything that's wrong with my car?
Diagnostics reads stored electronic fault codes and flags active problems. It doesn't replace a full mechanical inspection — for example, worn brake pads or a rusting exhaust won't throw a code. Our technician also does a visual inspection as part of the service to flag mechanical issues.
I'm buying a used car — can you inspect it?
Yes. A pre-purchase inspection includes our full diagnostic scan plus a detailed physical inspection of the car's condition. It's one of the most valuable services we offer — knowing what you're buying before you pay.
How long does a car diagnostic take?
Typically 45–60 minutes. The scan itself takes 10–15 minutes; the rest of the time is spent interpreting the codes, doing a visual check, and explaining the results to you clearly.
